To all our valued guests at roost restaurant. We will no longer be able to serve in our dining room as of 8pm tonight Monday March16th as per the direction of Governor Cuomo.

We will provide curbside pickup and a limited amount of delivery including cocktails, beer and wine.

We will of course continue with all safety and sanitary protocols as recommended by the CDC and local authorities, hand washing and sanitizing, use of disposable gloves will be enforced. In addition we have been taking body temperatures of all employees on a daily basis to ensure their safety.

The wellbeing of our guests and staff are of paramount importance and we will move forward with that in mind.

The word from

THE CHEF

Kevin started his cooking career in Rockland County at 15 years old working in local diners. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Kevin went on to work at restaurants such as Union Square Café and Zoe, China Grill and The Water Club. The NY Times, Westchester Magazine, Zagat and other publications have lauded his work.

Chef Reilly and his partner, Maria Santini, have owned Roost in Sparkill since 2013. Known for its bold forward flavors, yet soothing dishes, Roost’s casual and welcoming setting is a “go to” spot for locals and visitors to the area.
